Terms and Conditions

• For 24 hour rentals: Delivery and pickup is $25.00 extra unless a order minimum of $40.00 is met.. Customer also has the option to pick the bikes up from Island Riders warehouse using their own vehicle.

• Locks and baskets come free with every bike larger than 20”.

• Delivery is garunteed by 5:00 PM on the first day of the rental. Our delivery schedule is busiest on weekends. If you want your bikes delivered within a more specific timeframe, please call the shop and we can lock that in. 843 648 2900

• Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance from April - September

• During periods of high demand, deliveries will be made in the same sequence the reservations were received.

• Salt water is extremely corrosive and causes damage our bikes. If it’s evident upon pickup that a bike has been in saltwater, the customer will be charged $30 per damaged bike.

• You are responsible for the replacement cost of that item. In our experience 99.9% of all rental thefts are preventable. Unfortunately, theft does happen in the islands, but we have found that most of it is a crime of opportunity and can be prevented with simple measures: use locks when items are not in use, don’t leave rental items unattended, etc.
